FAMOOSr 2007 - 1st Workshop on FAMIX and Moose in Reengineering

Date and Location: June 25 in Zurich, Switzerland, co-located with TOOLS Europe 2007

Dear Famixers and Moosers,

thank you all very much for attending our little workshop! We are looking forward to see you again at next year’s Famoosr. Location and date are to be determined, but there will definitely be NO such thing as a Famoosr-fatigue!

The goal of this one-day workshop was to strengthen the community of researchers and practitioners who are working in re- and reverse engineering. There were 18 attendees from 7 universities and 2 major companies.

As a first result of the workshop we started to collect and synchronize the different FAMIX extensions, which are currently in use, to facilitate better cooperation between research groups. Please refer to FAMIX for more update information on the current state of this process.
